I'm an engineering manager based in Oslo, currently leading the Pricing Development team at Oda, the Nordic online grocery retailer.
My work if focused at hands-on engineering leadership and management. My team owns retail price-setting, but some of my energy goes toward how do agentic systems and generative AI actually change the way software gets built. Not in theory, but in production.
Background
I've spent about a decade building software across different contexts:
- Oda (2022–present). Engineering manager, now leading Pricing Development under the Retail Platform group.
- Blockchangers (2017–2019). Co-founder. Grew the company from 3 to 12 people, and back to 4, working hands-on across code, architecture, and strategy, alongside CTO at White Rabbit and blockchain architect at akj.com.
- ITverket (2016-2017,2019–2022). Full-stack and backend engineering on .NET, C#, Azure, and Angular/TypeScript systems.
I hold an M.Sc. in Computer Science from NTNU, with a year at UC Santa Barbara.
Now
I'm focused on agentic and harness engineering, building the tooling and workflows that let small teams, and individuals, operate beyond their nominal headcount.
