Live meeting board
Meetboard
When people in a Google Meet talk through how a system works, Claude reads its code and draws it on a whiteboard shared in the call.
- 0bots join the call
- 9 sper board update on a replayed meeting; the first takes 16 s
- 30boxes at most, labels of up to 6 words
- 3tools Claude can use: Read, Grep and Glob
How it works
-
Captions are sent
A Chrome extension reads the live captions Meet shows and sends new lines every second.
-
An update is due
After 40 new words, or 6 s without speech, and only once the last update has finished.
-
Claude reads the code
It works out what was meant despite caption errors, reads that system's docs and code, and returns a Mermaid flowchart.
-
The board redraws
An Excalidraw page draws it, fills new boxes yellow, and is presented into Meet as a tab.
In the meeting
-
Reads the captions Meet already shows
It reads them in the presenter's browser. Nobody is added to the call and no audio is recorded.
-
Readable on a shared screen
Each group of connected boxes is laid out on its own, and the groups are packed into columns to fit the screen.
-
Steered from the board
Pause holds new versions back. A typed note, such as 'only the deploy path', takes priority over speech in the next update.
-
Claude can read only the listed repos
Anyone in the call can ask it for something, so it has no shell, web or MCP, and
.envand.pemfiles are refused.
